Novita is seeking a Team Leader, Client Services to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred disability services from Salisbury. This parental leave contract starts January 2027 and runs until 24 December 2027, with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement for clients, families and the community.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience delivering quality services in disability, community, health or human services
• Strong understanding of person-centred practices and human rights-based approaches
• Proven ability to manage operational performance, resources and service outcomes
• Experience building positive relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the South Australian disability and health systems is desirable
