Novita in Adelaide, Australia is seeking a Clinical Lead - Social Work to provide clinical leadership and supervision within innovative services across the organisation. In this 12‑month contract role, you will help drive service development, strengthen referral pathways and contribute to opportunities across NDIS and broader community funding models.

• Experience leading service improvement, change or project initiatives
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to Social Workers
• Strong social work assessment, intervention and case management experience
• Experience working within the NDIS, disability and community services sectors
• Understanding of funding models and service delivery pathways both within and beyond the NDIS
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams

• Maintain a clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention services
