Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a care or service environment.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance.
• Ability to manage risk, incidents and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and organisational systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety, dignity and choice through high-quality support.
• Provide leadership, coaching and task allocation to support staff.
• Oversee compliance, audits and accurate documentation across sites.
• Lead emergency responses and maintain clear communication pathways.
• Work across multiple SIL sites within your designated neighbourhood.
• Collaborate with the Neighbourhood Manager to support service delivery and operational outcomes.
• Provide direct client support when required to ensure continuity of care.
