Job summary

Novita is seeking a Team Leader, Client Services to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred disability services from Salisbury. This parental leave contract starts January 2027 and runs until 24 December 2027, with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement for clients, families and the community.

• Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the South Australian disability and health systems is desirable

About the Role

You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred disability services. You will drive team performance, service excellence and continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for clients, families and the community. This vacancy is a parental leave contract starting in January 2027 in our Salisbury office until 24 Dec 2027.

Education & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Leadership, Management, Disability, Community Services, Allied Health or a related field (desirable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required prior to commencement
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
• Ability to obtain and maintain all mandatory clearances required by Novita
