Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cross border flows and related payments domains.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with collaborative approach.
• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership of complex initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with new product introductions.
• Experience in business development and strategic sales execution.
• Strategy and product management experience is a plus.
• History of building efficient sales teams and strong client relationships.
• Leadership and people management experience is valued.
• MBA or equivalent transaction banking exposure is preferred.
• Experience in sales and product commercialization is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market plan development and business development for Transfer Solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop country-specific commercialization strategies including market sizing and use-case analysis.
• Stitch together product suites to address pain points in money movement with regional/global teams.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth for Transfer Solutions services.
• Prospect and contract banks and NBFIs with cross-functional alignment across product, delivery, operations, legal and finance.
• Forge industry partnerships and strategic alliances to support strategy.
• Facilitate financial modeling and business case development for new opportunities; execute deals through to implementation.
• Own account-level P&L including pricing, yield optimization, and corridor optimization.
• Articulate long-term revenue potential and required product development areas.
• Monitor competition and market trends; summarize insights and propose actions.
