Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cross-border payments or related areas.

• Experience executing and managing business development strategies in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
• MBA or transaction banking background preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market plan development for Mastercard Transfer Solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop country commercialization strategy including market sizing and use-case analysis.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams and internal functions for deals and implementation.
• Own pricing, yield-optimization and account-level P&L for Transfer Solutions.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform strategy and actions.
