Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director – Specialist Sales, Transfer Solutions, to lead the roll-out of Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send in Australia and New Zealand. You will work with regional and global teams to develop commercialization strategies and close strategic deals with banks, NBFIs and merchants.

• Leadership and people management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market plan development and business development for Mastercard Transfer Solutions in Australia and New Zealand
• Develop country-specific commercialization strategy including market sizing and use-case analysis
• Stitch together a product suite to solve pain points in money movement flows with regional/global teams
• Achieve aggressive revenue growth for Transfer Solutions services
• Prospect and contract banks and NBFIs with cross-functional coordination
• Forge industry partnerships and strategic alliances
• Support financial modeling and business-case development for new opportunities, from initial engagements to implementation
• Own account-level P&L including pricing and revenue optimization
• Articulate long-term revenue potential and required product development areas
• Monitor competition and market trends and translate findings into actions
