AECOM Australia Pty Ltd invites applications for a Director-level Structural Engineer to lead transmission and distribution projects across energy sectors. You will provide technical leadership, develop design frameworks, and mentor a growing team of structural engineers in Australia and beyond.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in Structural Engineering across power, civil, pylon, substation or related projects.
• Proven ability to manage a variety of projects from concept to delivery with technical excellence.
• Registration on the National Engineering Register in Australia (RPEV/RPEQ) with Chartered status preferred.
• Strong client relationships and ability to provide commercial judgement.
• Commitment to mentoring and developing other structural engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and solutions for structural engineering queries across energy projects.
• Drive project delivery excellence with governance, risk management, and commercial alignment.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor with internal and external teams.
• Input into business development, including proposals and timeframes for structural work.
• Collaborate with global SMEs and contribute to knowledge sharing across the firm.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the structural discipline.
• Ensure delivery excellence and governance across all structural components.
