Job summary

AECOM in Melbourne seeks a Technical Director level Electrical Engineer to lead a diverse Building Services team. You will provide technical leadership across electrical design on complex projects and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with Australian codes and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will build trusted client relationships, contribute to strategy, and drive innovation and governance across ANZ while supporting business growth and capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with extensive consultancy experience.
• Chartered professional registration or eligibility (CPEng).
• Deep knowledge of Australian codes and standards.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary building services teams.
• Strong client engagement and commercial project acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across ANZ.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for electrical building services design.
