AECOM's Melbourne team is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership across a diverse range of projects, including health, education, defence, transport, and commercial buildings. You will coordinate resources across our national Building Structures and Civil team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective structural solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; 9+ years' experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex structural projects across sectors.
• Proficiency in ETABS, RAM Concept, RAPT and SpaceGASS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex building projects across key markets (health, education, defence, transport, commercial, aviation, sports, data centres).
• Provide technical leadership across structural design and construction administration.
• Prepare and review design calculations, specifications, models and documentation.
• Coordinate design outcomes with clients and interdisciplinary teams to meet budgets and schedules.
• Mentor and develop team members to sustain technical excellence and project delivery.
