Job summary

Bolster is seeking an accomplished Head of Client Solutions in Australia to lead strategic client relationships, drive delivery excellence, and grow revenue across Tier 1 accounts. You’ll shape client experience, mentor the Client Solutions team, and ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget outcomes across media, creative, content, social and experiential.

Qualifications

10+ years in client service/account management within media/creative/integrated agency, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of growing senior-level client relationships and revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, scoping, pricing, P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead Tier 1 client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Oversee revenue forecasting, scoping, and profitability for the client portfolio.
Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities and expanding scopes of work.
Ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple disciplines.
Manage budgets, resources, and team performance; mentor Client Solutions staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional leads and sister agencies for integrated campaigns.
Lead pitches and new business efforts end-to-end.
