Job summary

Searchability, a national digital specialist agency, is seeking an experienced client-facing leader to drive multi-channel campaigns and client partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of growth-oriented clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns across digital channels.

You will design strategies, run workshops, and provide insights, while mentoring teammates and ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing engagement in a hybrid Sydney-based setup.

Qualifications

Agency-side experience in SAM/AD capacity.
Strong omni-channel digital marketing experience.
Australian agency experience required.
Creative mindset and client-focused.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced data analytics skills for insights.
Deep knowledge in performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for portfolio of growth-oriented clients.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across channels.
Build and maintain Tier 1 client relationships.
Facilitate workshops and QBRs, and onboarding sessions.
Develop strategic plans to enhance engagement.
Mentor team members and share strategic insights.
Manage client budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
