Akcelo Australia is seeking a seasoned client leader to oversee major brand partnerships across sport, entertainment and culture. You will drive strategic client growth, coordinate cross‑discipline campaigns and coach a growing team.

In this role you’ll craft forecasts, present commercial plans, and champion client outcomes while expanding engagement across creative, digital, experiential capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion award-winning work for major Australian brands.
• Oversee senior client relationships in a diverse portfolio.
• Build and grow new and existing client partnerships.
• Lead development of strategic growth plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate client forecasts and implement smart strategies.
• Meet clients regularly to spot business challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and retention.
• Motivate and inspire the Akcelo team around client goals.
• Prepare client decks, scopes, and project plans.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery including risk, timing, quality and budget.
• Seek opportunities to expand client engagement across capabilities.
• Coach and uplift junior team members.
