• 8–12 years of account management or client success experience in design, animation, or related fields.
• Fluent in business English with strong communication.
• Able to navigate complex stakeholder environments across time zones.
• Experience collaborating with producers and directors in a fast-paced, creative production setting.

Responsibilities

• Own primary relationships across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Lead client feedback, expectations, and communications.
• Bridge client teams and BUCK to ensure alignment across stages.
• Guide clients through the creative process with strategic recommendations.
• Support brand and messaging cohesion across client projects.
• Collaborate with producers to manage commercial health and timelines.
• Travel internationally as needed to support project needs.
