Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Change Manager for the Digital Program (OneCouncil) to lead the change management stream of the Council’s digital transformation, shifting from legacy systems to a modern enterprise SaaS.

The role develops change, communications and training strategies using Prosci and ADKAR, partnering with executives, sponsors and project teams to drive readiness, adoption and sustained business outcomes across all modules.

Qualifications

• Lead organisational change management on large, multi-year ERP programs.
• Prosci methodology applied at program level with ADKAR for adoption and reinforcement.
• Coordinate and quality assure training delivered by vendors and internal trainers.
• Develop and execute program communications plans across executives and frontline audiences.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels including governance groups and partners.
• Influence without direct line authority to secure cross-divisional commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program change stream for the OneCouncil Digital Transformation Program.
• Deliver change, communications and training strategies across all modules.
• Apply Prosci and ADKAR to drive readiness and long-term outcomes.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors, Program Control Groups and business leaders.
• Measure adoption and change readiness across Council.
