Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Change Manager for the Digital Program (OneCouncil) to lead organisational change across a major SaaS transformation. You will craft change, communications and training strategies to drive readiness and adoption, working with executives, governance groups and project teams.

Required are tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, extensive change management experience on ERP programs, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change management on large, multi‑year ERP programs.
• Demonstrated use of Prosci methodology and ADKAR for adoption and reinforcement.
• Experience delivering training at scale and coordinating with vendors/partners.
• Proven ability to develop program communications for executives to frontline staff.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence without line authority.
