ABB MOSE (Motion Service) is seeking a Digital Sales Leader to grow the ABB Ability Powertrain portfolio across diverse industries in a hybrid Sydney-based role. You will partner with customers and ABB teams to deliver measurable business value and accelerate their digital journey.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of B2B enterprise SaaS or digital solutions sales experience in asset-intensive industries, with a hunter mindset and a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS or digital solutions to business customers.
• Engineering or information systems background required; MBA is a plus.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to uncover needs and deliver value-based solutions.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of winning high-value opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent executive presentation skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and consultative sales cycles to build a healthy pipeline.
• Develop territory and account plans; target new logos and expand key accounts.
• Forecast accurately and set sales targets; collaborate with local/global teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other ABB units to optimize funnel performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (CEO/CFO/ CIO/CTO/COO).
• Drive recovery plans when forecasts diverge from targets.
