Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media and ecommerce growth from the Gold Coast office. This hands-on role focuses on owning Meta and Google campaigns and optimising the post-click funnel to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

You will work across the full funnel, from campaign setup and creative testing through to landing pages and revenue, with ownership of budgets and performance metrics as the business scales internationally.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years' experience in digital marketing or paid media
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience in ecommerce, D2C or consumer brand environments
• Understanding of conversion optimisation and wider customer funnel

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google, optimise post-click funnel
• Manage full funnel from campaign setup to landing pages and revenue
• Manage Meta Ads across Australian and international markets
• Own Google Ads activity across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube
• Manage paid media budgets, pacing, ROAS and CAC
• Build and optimise product funnels across the Shopify ecosystem
• Identify and test opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce funnel drop-off
