Zusammenfassung

MindSpot is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist (Digital) to drive digital growth through targeted campaigns, website and social media management, and strategic communications. You will work with the Head of Partnerships and Growth to expand registrations and referrals.

The role is hands-on, part-time (0.6FTE) with a flexible hybrid setup at Macquarie University, North Ryde. Strong content development, analytics, and branding skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial digital marketing experience (typically 5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, paid social, email marketing, Google Analytics 4 and website content management.
• Strong writing for diverse audiences (consumers, health professionals, government).
• Data-informed planning, testing, reporting and investment decisions.

Aufgaben

• Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns to grow registrations and referrals.
• Manage MindSpot’s website and social media channels, improving reach, engagement, search visibility, and conversion.
• Develop content and proactive communications for consumers, health professionals, government and sector partners.
• Use data, analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend priorities and new approaches.
• Support brand consistency and MindSpot’s brand refresh across digital channels.
• Develop digital marketing activities to support health professional referrals (newsletters, resources, content).
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, developers and suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing meets brand, accessibility, privacy, health advertising and safe messaging requirements.
