Job summary

MindSpot, part of Macquarie University Health, seeks a Head of Partnerships and Growth to drive the expansion of MindSpot’s national digital mental health services. You will lead growth, partnerships, and marketing initiatives, shaping revenue and reach across Australia.

You will report to the Executive Director and manage a team, with hybrid or remote work options and a laptop provided. Applicants nationwide are welcome.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior business development, partnerships or growth roles.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that increase reach and sustainability.
• Experience with marketing and audience growth using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead MindSpot's growth strategy and partnership pipeline.
• Identify and secure funding, commissioning and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to increase uptake of MindSpot services.
