Job summary

MindSpot, part of Macquarie University Health, seeks a Head of Partnerships and Growth to drive a national expansion of services through strategic partnerships, marketing excellence and new funding channels. The role is senior, with scope to lead a growing team and report to the Executive Director within an integrated clinical, education and research environment.

You will shape MindSpot’s growth agenda, oversee partnerships and marketing, and collaborate with university and health system

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior business development, partnerships or growth roles.
• Proven ability to develop growth strategies increasing awareness, reach and sustainability.
• Demonstrated capability to secure funding, commissioning or grants.
• Experience leading marketing and audience growth with data-driven campaigns.
• Commitment to improving mental health access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead MindSpot's growth strategy, partnerships and marketing to extend reach and impact.
• Identify, assess and secure new funding, commissioning and partnership opportunities.
• Set MindSpot's marketing priorities across brand, campaigns and digital channels.
• Build and maintain high-value partnerships with government, health systems, universities and funders.
• Lead the senior marketing team with scope to grow the team and work with MQ Health.
• Establish performance measures across growth, partnerships and marketing.
