Job summary

MindSpot is a nationally recognised digital mental health service and research program, part of Macquarie University Health. As Head of Partnerships and Growth, you will lead MindSpot’s growth strategy, partnerships and marketing to extend reach and funding relationships that enable high-quality mental health care.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Australia, or in a hybrid arrangement from our Sydney campus.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, health management, public health, communications, commerce, management or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in senior business development, partnerships, growth, strategy or commercial development roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver growth strategies that increase awareness, reach, impact and sustainability.
• Proven track record establishing and managing strategic partnerships across government, health, universities, research organisations and funders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Well-developed commercial judgement, including ability to identify and secure funding and develop business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead MindSpot's growth strategy and partnerships development to increase reach, impact and sustainability.
• Identify, assess and secure new funding, commissioning and partnership opportunities with strong business cases.
• Set MindSpot’s marketing strategy and priorities across brand, campaigns and digital channels to increase awareness and uptake of services.
• Build and maintain high-value partnerships with government agencies, health systems, universities, research institutions and funders.
• Lead the Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist, with scope to grow the team, and coordinate with MQ Health Marketing for integrated campaigns.
• Establish performance measures across growth, partnerships and marketing, using data to prioritise investment and evaluate outcomes.
