Origin Energy is seeking a commercially focused Digital Strategy & Performance Manager to shape customer discovery and growth. You will lead a five-to-six person team across paid search, programmatic display, social, SEO and GEO, expanding an in-house digital media program established in 2024.

Reporting to the Head of Media & Partnerships, you will translate investment and performance insights into clear commercial decisions and strengthen brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading digital marketing teams and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Ability to translate data insights into commercial decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead and coach a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Guide SEO and GEO strategy to strengthen visibility across search and AI-powered platforms.
• Evaluate emerging media platforms and formats while balancing performance, privacy and brand safety.
• Partner with content, data and analytics teams to deliver personalised paid media experiences using first-party data.
• Champion AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and speed to market.
• Oversee media technology platforms and vendor relationships to inform investments.
• Collaborate with media agency and internal stakeholders to connect digital activity with brand campaigns.
