Salt Search partners with a market-leading Australian organisation to appoint a senior digital marketing leader as it enters a growth phase. You’ll own digital experience, website performance, customer journeys and growth initiatives across a multi-brand environment.

Reporting to GM‑level leadership, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, navigate ambiguity, drive outcomes autonomously and lead teams to shape the future digital capability of the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across digital experience, performance marketing and growth.
• Experience owning websites or digital products as conversion channels.
• Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own digital experience strategy and website performance across multiple brands.
• Lead national performance marketing strategy and media investment planning.
• Translate digital performance data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Develop and lead digital marketing teams and operating models.
