Square Capital is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to drive client acquisition through targeted, data-driven digital marketing. This hands-on role focuses on building, executing and optimising paid campaigns and lead funnels, identifying high-quality prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to convert opportunities across international markets from our Sydney office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimising paid digital campaigns and lead funnels.
• Ability to identify and qualify target audiences through ads, landing pages, online forms, CRM systems and lead scoring.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrable results in qualified leads, CPL and conversion.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking and campaign analytics with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills with ability to turn leads into sales appointments.
• Ability to own digital acquisition initiatives independently.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or FinTech is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns and lead funnels.
• Build and optimise lead generation funnels using ads, landing pages, forms and CRM workflows.
• Use data and criteria to assess prospect suitability and improve lead quality.
• Track key metrics: qualified leads, CPL, lead qualification rates and appointments.
• Engage qualified prospects by phone and arrange in-person meetings with the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns with content and materials.
