The Salvation Army Australia is recruiting three full-time Case Managers to support women and children affected by domestic and family violence in the Far West region of New South Wales. You will develop client-led case plans, connect clients to essential services, and contribute to creating safe, stable housing and recovery outcomes.

Join a team dedicated to culturally safe, trauma-informed practice, advocating for clients and supporting refuges while meeting SCHADS Level 5 terms.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology or a related field.
• Experience in family violence, risk assessment and recovery support.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills for client-centred practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide client-led support to women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.
• Develop and review personalised case plans; link clients to essential services.
• Conduct risk assessments; advocate for clients; build partnerships with community services.
• Support day-to-day operations of refuges and participate in refuge activities.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster when required.
