TechSpace is expanding in Rockhampton and seeks an experienced Repair Technician to join the team at Stockland Rockhampton. This hands-on role focuses on diagnosing and repairing phones, tablets and laptops for walk-in customers with a well-equipped bench and strong support.

You will diagnose issues, quote customers accurately, and ensure thorough testing before handing devices back. Based in Rockhampton, you’ll manage your own queue in a fast-paced repair environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair of mobile devices, tablets and laptops.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear, patient communication with customers.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair iPhone, Samsung and other Android phones (screens, batteries, ports, cameras).
• Repair iPads, tablets, MacBooks and Windows laptops.
• Software troubleshooting, data transfer and device setup; log jobs in repair system.
