Casphone Phone and Computer Repairs in Capalaba, QLD is seeking a Sales Assistant/IT technician. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and support management to exceed goals. You will repair small devices and manage stock while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role focuses on customer satisfaction, technology know-how and hands-on repairs. A strong sales mindset and willingness to learn are essential for growth within the team.

We are seeking highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individuals to work at Casphone as a Sales Assistant/IT technician. The successful candidate possess leadership skills, knowledge and experience of working in similar industries and will deliver a world-class customer service and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
