Job summary

ALAND is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support development projects through coordination, governance and reporting. You will ensure project information is accurate, actions are followed through and documentation is prepared to a high standard.

This role provides exposure to multidisciplinary teams across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. Key duties include coordinating meetings, action logs and document registers; tracking consultant deliverables and approvals;

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, project coordination, planning, architecture, construction or related environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to work across multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of development lifecycle, feasibility, planning approvals and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, action logs, document registers, project files and correspondence for allocated projects.
• Track consultant deliverables, submission requirements, approvals, key dates and project actions to support timely delivery.
• Prepare draft reports, presentations, meeting packs and project governance materials for review.
• Assist with market research, feasibility inputs, cost assumptions and project schedules.
• Maintain accurate data within feasibility, reporting and document management tools.
• Identify missing information, inconsistent assumptions or overdue actions and escalate promptly.
• Support preparation of development application, modification and approval submission materials.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to gather technical inputs, drawings, reports and supporting documentation.
