Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is seeking a Development Coordinator to support delivery across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Sydney. This role provides end-to-end exposure from planning approvals to practical completion, working with experienced Development Managers and Project Directors.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in development, project support or planning, be highly organized, proactive and commercially aware, with strong communication and coordination skills to

Due to growing development pipelines, we are recruiting for Development Coordinatorsto support project delivery across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Working with well-regarded boutique, mid-tier, and institutional developers, you’ll assist in managing project timelines, authority approvals, consultant coordination and delivery tracking. This is a fantastic entry or mid-level opportunity for someone looking to transition into or grow within the client-side development space.

You’ll gain end-to-end exposure across development stages—from planning approvals to practical completion working alongside experienced Development Managers and Project Directors.
