You’ll coordinate planning, approvals, budgeting, and marketing collaboration, while applying rigorous governance and sustainability standards. This role offers growth within a dynamic, quality-driven property developer.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business (Property) or related field.
• 2+ years in property development, design practice, or construction.
• Knowledge of DA process and local real estate market.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across the property development lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market conditions, feasibility studies, and industry trends.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop project marketing strategies.
