You will help customers unlock the platform’s full potential while addressing challenges they face. We seek a senior, tech-savvy professional with AppSec experience who can debug workflows, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities from Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifikationen

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive with a 'get stuff done' mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
