Wedded Wonderland is seeking a commercially minded Guest Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our Weddings & Luxury Travel team. This office-based, full-time role combines sales, customer experience, bookings and relationship management across weddings, celebrations, travel and luxury experiences.

You will handle client enquiries, present packages, coordinate consultations and manage all aspects of the client journey, ensuring personalised service and timely follow-ups in a fast-paced

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
• Present services, packages and experiences; follow up with leads.
• Build relationships and provide personalised recommendations.
• Coordinate consultations, venue enquiries, proposals and bookings.
• Assist clients with venues, event suppliers and packaged experiences.
• Support honeymoons, luxury accommodation and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners and suppliers.
• Maintain client records and update CRM; track enquiries.
• Represent the business at showcases and client activations.
