Wedded Wonderland is seeking a commercially minded Guest Experience & Sales Coordinator for Weddings & Luxury Travel. This office-based, full-time role blends sales, client experience and coordination across weddings, travel and luxury experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
• Present services, packages and experiences; follow up and convert to bookings.
• Build client relationships and provide personalised recommendations throughout the journey.
• Coordinate consultations, venue enquiries, supplier availability and bookings.
• Assist clients with venues, vendors, destination weddings and curated packages.
• Support honeymoons, luxury accommodation, destination weddings and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners and experience providers.
• Maintain client records, track enquiries and keep CRM up to date.
• Represent the business at showcases, events and activations when required.
