Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
• Present relevant services, packages and experiences and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build relationships and provide personalised recommendations throughout the client journey.
• Coordinate consultations, appointments, venue enquiries, supplier availability, proposals and bookings.
• Assist clients exploring wedding venues, event suppliers and curated packages.
• Support enquiries related to honeymoons, luxury accommodation and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners, suppliers and experience providers.
• Maintain client records, track enquiries and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Represent the business at showcases, events and client-facing activations.
