Wedded Wonderland in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded, highly organised Client Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, office-based role blends sales, customer experience, bookings, coordination and relationship management across weddings, honeymoons and luxury travel.

You will respond to enquiries, present packages, coordinate venues and suppliers, and guide clients from discovery to bookings while maintaining CRM records and building lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and social media. Understand client needs, budgets and timelines.
• Present relevant services, packages and experiences. Follow up with leads, overcome objections and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build relationships, provide personalised recommendations and deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Coordinate consultations, appointments, venue enquiries, supplier availability, proposals and booking requirements.
• Assist clients exploring wedding venues, event suppliers, destination celebrations and curated packages.
• Support enquiries relating to honeymoons, luxury accommodation, destination weddings and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners, suppliers and experience providers.
• Maintain client records, track enquiries, manage follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Represent the business at showcases, events, exhibitions and client-facing activations when required.
