Responsabilidades

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, website and social media; understand client needs.
• Present services, packages and experiences; convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build relationships and deliver personalised recommendations.
• Coordinate consultations, venue enquiries, supplier availability and proposals.
• Assist clients with wedding venues, event suppliers, destination celebrations and packages.
• Support honeymoons, luxury accommodation and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners and suppliers.
• Maintain client records and keep sales pipeline updated.
• Represent the business at showcases and client activations when required.
