Job summary

Melbourne Symmetry Human Resources is seeking a Site Administration & Compliance Coordinator in Carrum Downs, VIC. The role is full-time, offering around $78K plus super, with a focus on administration, safety compliance, and accounts support in a busy, hands-on environment.

You will coordinate driver compliance, payroll backup, and safety processes, working closely with site management, HR and safety teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, safety or compliance within manufacturing, transport, or similar operational environments.
• Accounts or bookkeeping knowledge is required.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting workplace health and safety, incident reporting and Return to Work processes.
• Managing driver licences, vehicle registrations, contractor records and transport compliance.
• Coordinating site inductions, training records, audits and compliance registers.
• Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable, bookkeeping and payroll backup.
• Providing general administration and operational support across the site.
