Job summary

Gliderol, a dormakaba brand, is seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our Pinkenba operations team. You will coordinate daily dispatch activities, work with production, warehouse, transport and customer teams, and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, maintain records in ERP systems, and support a safe, compliant operation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and customer deliveries.
• Process and verify orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and transport documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Communicate delivery updates with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records within dispatch and ERP systems.
• Support a safe, compliant and customer-focused operation.
