Job summary

Gliderol, part of the dormakaba family, is seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join the Pinkenba operations team. You will coordinate daily dispatch activities with production, warehouse, transport and customer teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and delivered on time.

You’ll maintain records in dispatch and ERP systems, prepare delivery paperwork, support safe and compliant operations, and communicate updates to customers and drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Despatch Coordinator to join our Pinkenba operations team. You'll coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and delivered on time. Working closely with production, warehouse, transport and customer teams, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

What you will do
