Job summary

Flick Anticimex in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a motivated and organised Desktop Account Manager to support and grow our customer accounts from the desk.

Working with Commercial Business Managers and branch teams, you will manage smaller accounts, coordinate requests, identify growth opportunities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is desktop-based, offering the chance to build relationships, stay organised and drive retention and expansion from a desk position.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and email.
• Excellent organisation, administration and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day needs across smaller customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships and provide a great customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Follow up customer requests and ensure actions are completed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Care and other teams.
• Support the transition of new customers from Sales to ongoing account management.
• Keep customer, account and opportunity information accurate.
• Track leads and opportunities and route them to the right person.
• Help resolve account queries and escalate complex matters.
