Job summary

Flick Anticimex is seeking a motivated Desktop Account Manager to support and grow our smaller customer accounts. In this desk-based role, you’ll work closely with Commercial Business Managers, branch teams and other internal colleagues to coordinate requests and identify growth opportunities.

You will build strong relationships, manage day-to-day account needs, track leads, ensure data accuracy, and help transition new customers from Sales into ongoing account management while keeping

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing day-to-day needs across smaller customer accounts
• Building strong relationships and providing a great experience for our customers
• Identifying potential growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Following up customer requests and ensuring actions are completed
• Coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customer Care and other internal teams
• Supporting the transition of new customers from Sales into ongoing account management
• Keeping customer, account and opportunity information accurate and up to date
• Tracking leads and opportunities and making sure they reach the right person
• Helping resolve account queries and escalating more complex matters when needed
• Supporting customer retention and helping us uncover opportunities to grow
