Gough Recruitment partners with a well-established organisation delivering large-scale built environment projects in Brisbane. We seek a Procurement Coordinator to support successful delivery of procurement packages from planning to site delivery.

You will coordinate with project teams and suppliers, review drawings and specifications, prepare procurement docs and RFQs, and track milestones to ensure timely outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement, project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or architecture.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Fluent Mandarin and English language skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating procurement packages from planning through to delivery.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and project information.
• Preparing procurement documentation and RFQs.
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Tracking production and delivery milestones.
• Managing samples, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Monitoring risks, timelines, and project requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and procurement schedules.
• Supporting project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
