Move-in Studio is seeking an exceptional FF&E Designer to join our Fitzroy studio in Melbourne. You will lead high-volume FF&E projects from concept through handover, collaborating with procurement and logistics teams on-site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of FF&E and interiors experience, strong knowledge of international and local brands, and tertiary qualification in Interior Design. This role offers significant responsibility and career growth within a design-led studio.

Qualifications

• Solid FF&E and interiors background required.
• Experience with hotel, PBSA, Build-to-Rent or accommodation sectors is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• FF&E design, selection and specification.
• Preparing presentations, schedules and documentation.
• Managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers.
