Job summary

Skin Health Institute Inc. invites applications for a part-time Research Database and Administrative Officer to support the Australasian Dermatology Registry (ADR).

This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, participant enrolment and daily registry administration, working with the ADR Engagement Lead to keep the project on track. You'll bring a life sciences qualification, strong computer skills and a keen eye for data confidentiality, with the ability to coordinate with clinicians and site

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in life sciences.
• High level computer literacy with health data entry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage issues of data confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage, maintain cooperative relationships and reach consensus with clinicians, clinical researchers, and site staff.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to plan, deliver and report on projects and registry activities with supervision.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Previous experience with Human Research and Governance submissions highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of the ADR aims and objectives.
• Assist the ADR Engagement Lead in supporting sites with participant recruitment, providing prompt follow-up on site requests and troubleshooting when required.
• Collaborate with the ADR Engagement Lead to achieve milestones set by the ADR Steering Committee.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement patient-centred information and site education resources.
• Perform database entry at selected ADR sites and complete day-to-day administrative tasks for the registry.
