Job summary

The Skin Hospital is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to coordinate and manage clinical studies, ensuring protocols and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on patient and staff support, documentation, and trial deliverables in a fast-paced dermatology environment.

Based in Darlinghurst, you will liaise with sponsors, CROs and investigators, manage recruitment, and prepare governance submissions while upholding ICH-GCP standards and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in Clinical Trials with knowledge of ICH, GCP and regulatory/ethical requirements in Australia.
• Degree in a health-related discipline with relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Ensure trials comply with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary site contact for Sponsors, CROs and CRAs.
