South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) is seeking a part-time Registry/Data Analyst to support the activities of the registries, coordinate data collection and reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external health partners, ensuring high-quality data and efficient operations in a dynamic, not-for-profit research environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working on project teams.
• Healthcare terminology knowledge, especially organ donation and transplantation is a plus.
• Experience with clinical quality registries is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support registries through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate data collection, data entry, reporting and distribution of survey/registry requirements.
• Develop and document processes, systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality data through meticulous work, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a customer-focused, professional division and support partners and external clients.
• Maintain records and take proactive action to prevent errors.
• Participate in projects to improve processes, tools, and organizational effectiveness.
