Qualifications

• Proven experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Exposure to dermatology or pain highly regarded.
• Ability to manage large territories with strategic focus.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and resilient mindset with interest in launching new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and adoption of a new dermatology and pain portfolio within hospital and specialist settings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, pain specialists, and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans across large geographic regions.
• Drive product awareness, clinical engagement, and formulary access.
• Partner cross-functionally with market access, medical, and commercial teams to deliver launch success.
