Glory Global Solutions in Macquarie Park, NSW, is seeking a highly organized Deployment Coordinator to join our operations team. You will oversee deployment activities across Australia & New Zealand, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver installations, relocations, and upgrades on time and to a high standard.

The role requires experience in project management or deployment programs, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management or deployment programs.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven attention to detail, organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities; willingness to work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of field product projects including installations, removals, relocations and upgrades.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to meet project timelines.
• Obtain competitive quotes from third-party installers.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, project teams and vendors to ensure clear responsibilities.
• Gather deployment information and reflect changes in the ERP system.
• Improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
