Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Sydney seeks a Deployment & Installation Supervisor to lead the deployment and installation work across our Service business. You will drive safe, efficient deployments and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will establish deployment models, coordinate site surveys, prepare scopes of work, and manage variations with customers. This role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Field Operations, and Service teams to align with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and installation processes for the Service business, ensuring safe, professional, and efficient execution.
• Develop and continuously improve the deployment operating model with standard methodologies and processes.
• Evaluate deployment activities to determine delivery pathway and required planning, site assessment, or oversight.
• Conduct or coordinate site surveys and technical assessments to validate requirements.
• Create Scope of Works documenting installation methodology, labor needs, sequencing, and access arrangements.
• Assess activities against contracted scope, prepare variations, and obtain commercial approvals.
• Provide governance to the Resource Planner and support Lead Technicians on scope and delivery objectives.
• Promote resource sharing to improve technician utilization and reduce costs.
• Perform post-installation quality audits and drive improvements for future deployments.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and customers to align deployments with business priorities.
• Advance deployment planning with automation and AI while maintaining safety and compliance.
